WEEKLY TIP: BASIC RULES I GO BY

Alright Fitness enthusiasts, 

I decided to try my best and do a weekly update! :)

Here are the basic rules I live by to help me keep healthy!

1. EAT EVERY 3-4 HOURS, NO MORE THAN 5 HOURS (SMALL MEALS OF COURSE)

2. ALWAYS HAVE SOME ANIMAL PROTEIN WITH YOUR MEALS. (VEGANS HAVE TO BE MORE CREATIVE WITH THEIR SOURCES TO GET A COMPLETE PROTEIN) HEMP PROTEIN IS SAID TO BE COMPLETE. :)

3. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE NEVER EAT CARBS ALONE. This rule basically takes out the worries of the famous glycemic index, so for me as long as you have lean protein, it’s ok to eat white rice! IN MODERATION OF COURSE!  :)

-again, correct me if i’m wrong!

4. EXERCISE AT LEAST 15 MINS PER DAY! THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WALKING TO WORK! :P DO SOMETHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY ROUTINE!.. LIKE INSTEAD OF TAKING THE ELEVATOR OR ESCALATOR, TAKE THE STAIRS! 

So there it is! Hope this can help on your journey to a Fit and Healthy Life!
